About the event
Zenith is an electrifying modern rock band blending atmospheric melodies, heavy riffs, and thought-provoking lyrics into a colorful, cosmic sound rooted in classic rock and roll.
Formed in Victoria in 2023, the band has quickly developed a dynamic, improvisational edge — no two live shows are ever the same. Drawing inspiration from ’70s prog rock and ’90s alternative, Zenith creates cinematic, emotionally charged music that moves between introspective ballads and powerful, hard-hitting anthems.
The lineup features Kira Kaj (Piano/Vocals), Landon Rhodes (Guitar/Vocals), Jake Barnes (Percussion), and Alex Surtees (Bass). The band has performed across B.C., including appearances at Peach Fest, 39 Days of July, Bands, Bands, Bands at the Victoria Event Centre, and a live broadcast on CFUV 101.9. With the release of their self-titled debut album Zenith, they continue to build strong momentum and a growing fanbase.
